Born in Houston, Texas, Imani has been creating art for as long as she can remember. With a passion for turning blank canvases into meaningful stories, she works across mediums from pencil and paper to cameras and digital tools.

Imani studied digital media in college, learning the foundations of design before launching her own freelance media agency specializing in photo, video, and design. Alongside this work, she runs The Moni Gallery, her art brand with customers across the nation; Madd Canvas, a media project that highlights the behind-the-scenes of visual art and storytelling; and Bleakville, her horror-inspired manga series about saving animals, now available on Webtoons. Imani continues to push the boundaries of storytelling through art, design, and media. She welcomes others into her world by sharing her creative process, inspirations, and behind-the-scenes moments.
